Meet Paula Burr

My name is Paula Burr. I am a follower of Jesus, a grandmother, an enthusiastic reader and writer, and a passionate amateur violinist. I enjoy spending time with my family and making music at church and in the community. I live in a small town in Sussex on the South Coast of England with a lively cocker spaniel and a laid-back cat. The area is not far from the sea and boasts some fantastic woodland and downland walks.

When God touched my life many years ago, it made a profound difference to me. Since God first touched my life, He has been with me through many life events which could have overwhelmed me, but He has brought me through them all. I am motivated to share what He has done for me to encourage others and bring hope into their lives. I know how bewildering life can get and how it can knock us off course, so I want to share the tools and insights that God has given me to help others face the challenges of life with hope.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and dedicated to supporting Christians on their journey to overcome challenges and grow in their walk with Jesus.

I would love to hear from you. If you have any questions or want to share your experiences, feel free to contact me at paulaann71@paulaburr.uk or visit my blog at paulaburr.uk.

I invite you to download a free copy of my eBook, Encountering the Lamb of God:

In this chapter I will unpack the following concepts...

  • Eternity in our hearts
    Human hearts were made for
God. Nothing and no one else
    fills that space.

  • The burden of religion
It's possible to be religious and involved with the church but not to enjoy a close relationship with God.

  • Jesus brings freedom from condemnation, a reassurance that we are loved and accepted.
Jesus, as the Lamb of God, takes away the burden of our sin and guilt. We can enjoy God rather than dread him.
