Meet Gary Delay

Upon being employed full time as an Associate Pastor in a local church, he became

director of the home group ministry, developed the new members class, wrote the

curriculum for the discipleship class and taught a Sunday school class. During this

time, he also developed the Transformation Ministry through mentoring the members of

the congregation and people from the community and the surrounding area. After

nearly three decades as an associate pastor, God directed Pastor Gary and his wife to

establish a church built on the principles taught in the Transformation Ministry. Pastor

Gary has earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in theology from Life Christian

University. He and his wife have also established an LCU campus at Transformation

Church of Lubbock.

As Pastor Gary mentored thousands of people during his 29 years as an associate

pastor, he noticed a pattern of the different situations and dilemmas that people would

find themselves entangled in. The Holy Spirit instructed him to talk about forgiveness

as the first step to becoming free and walking in their prophetic promise.

After several years of adding more steps to freedom in the people’s lives, he compiled

the information in a booklet format so the people could refer back to the scriptures as

they faced situations in their daily walk with the Lord. Transformation is not a one time

and you are done prescription for freedom. It is steps to freedom that you will need to

implement daily in your life as you face complex situations. Pastor Gary has a passion

to see people healed from their past hurts and traumas and walking in a relationship

with the Holy Spirit, desiring to fulfill their purpose in Him.
